> We will discuss with you your requirements and help you to select some suitable properties.

will drive you to the properties selected and during the visit give you
all the necessary information. We will also provide you with property
details.

Once you have found your dream home, we will conduct the negotiation on
your behalf and help you to get it at the best market price.
> We will draw the sale agreement and take you through it.
> Once
signed by all parties, you will receive one copy by recorded delivery
and that is when your seven days cooling off period starts. At the end
of it, you will be required to pay a 10% deposit onto notaire's
account which will be return to you should a
proviso not being met (morgage agreement...). If required, we can help
you to get a morgage.

In the mean time, we will have send the sale agreement as well as
copies of your birth certificate, wedding certificate and passport to
your notaire to start to work on the purchase and draw the deed. The
whole process takes about 2 to 3 months . We will liaise with the
notaire’s office and keep you inform.
>
When the day has come, we will accompany you to the
signing.
